SBP Crown One sits directly on the Rajpura-Patiala Highway, in a town known across Punjab as the Gateway of Punjab for its position at the meeting point of NH-44 and NH-7. NH-44, the key Delhi-Chandigarh corridor, runs through Rajpura and the Rajpura Bypass along this stretch keeps long distance traffic moving without entering the town core. NH-7 connects Rajpura onward to Patiala, Sangrur and Bathinda, keeping regional travel simple. Rajpura Junction Railway Station, a major stop for trains including the Shatabdi Express and Jan Shatabdi Express, is close to the town centre and a new direct Mohali-Rajpura rail line has recently moved into its land acquisition stage, promising faster future access to the Tricity. Chandigarh International Airport is around 30 km away. Note: PR-7 is a Mohali specific road corridor and does not run through Rajpura, so it is not applicable to this project.
