RRG Aeroview offers three plot sizes, 150 sq. yard, 200 sq. yard  and  250 sq. yard, planned along 7.5 metre and 12 metre wide internal roads within Survey Number 283. Out of the total 19,651 sq. mt block, the net plot area works out to 19,173 sq. mt after road deduction, with close to 60 percent kept as individually saleable sub plot area and about 10 percent reserved as common plot space for the community.
