MDB Marina Suites sits directly on National Highway 7, the Chandigarh Rajpura Patiala highway, which links Banur to Zirakpur, Mohali and Chandigarh on one side and Rajpura and Patiala on the other. This stretch of NH 7 is part of ongoing Bharatmala Pariyojana works, including the greenfield Sirhind to Mohali section and the Zirakpur bypass connecting NH7 to NH5, both aimed at cutting travel time into Chandigarh. The PR7 road mainly serves the New Chandigarh and Sunny Enclave belt on the other side of Mohali, so it does not run through Banur directly.
